How a Story Exchange Works

Participants get grounded, learn the guidelines, and choose the story they want to share. - Share
Partners exchange personal stories, listening with
care and attention. - Retell
Each person tells their partner’s story in the first person, honoring what they heard. - Reflect
The group comes together to discuss what they learned and how the experience can shape future actions.
