Welcome to new team members

Meet Mali Hamza – N4’s Newest Force for Connection in Palestine!

We’re thrilled to welcome Mali Hamza as our newest Narrative 4 associate in Palestine!

Based in the West Bank, Mali is a dynamic educator, project coordinator, and drama enthusiast with a passion for building inclusive communities. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from An-Najah National University and explored the world of performance during a semester in Norway studying Drama. Her drive to foster social belonging led her to pursue a master’s in Social Integration at ELTE University in Budapest.

Mali believes we are “more than numbers” – each of us carries a story, a message, and a purpose. Whether she’s dancing, traveling, or working with youth, she brings warmth, creativity, and a deep sense of humanity to all she does.

In her new role, Mali will build on 18 months of powerful N4 work in Palestine, partnering with Tomorrow’s Youth Organization to expand our impact. During her first facilitator training & story exchanges, she introduced Lissa Fi Amal (“There Is Still Hope”) – handmade Palestinian cards celebrating resilience and local creativity.

Please join us in giving Mali a warm welcome!
