Launched on the 4th of July 2020, Narrative 4’s work in Nigeria spans five major cities – Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Uyo and Ibadan, and is supported by over 500 facilitators across more than 400 schools, engaging young people through story exchange programmes, learning resources and Civic Engagement activities.

N4 has now trained over 600 facilitators in the country, and brought students together multiple times using our Interschool story exchange format.
Our Work in Nigeria
In Nigeria, Narrative 4 uses storytelling and creative expression to build compassion among young people and educators. Through story exchange programmes, teacher training, and inter-school exchanges, we create spaces for meaningful connection and reflection.
Working in partnership with Ministries of Education, school leaders, and local organisations, these programmes strengthen emotional intelligence, leadership, and collaboration. We are building a growing network of educators and students equipped to foster inclusive learning environments and drive positive change in their communities.
