Narrative 4 has been operating in Israel since 2016, primarily in K-12 schools, universities, Ministry of Education conferences, and educational programs. We train Arab, Druze, and Jewish educators as Story Exchange facilitators, bringing programs to junior and high school students.

N4 Israel offers workshops through partnerships with The Ministry of Education, The American Embassy, Oranim College, Jerusalem Peacebuilders, ANU Museum in Tel Aviv University.
Our Work in Israel
N4 Israel’s partnership with the Ministry of Education brings together teachers and students across Israel from multicultural backgrounds into a melting pot of personal stories. The 30-hour online course prepares English Language teachers to become trained Story Exchange facilitators in order to run Story Exchanges in their classrooms.
Our PLC course is a paradigm of a Professional Learning Community, which allows teachers and their students to continue to be active with Narrative 4 as students are trained to become N4 Story Exchange facilitators and changemakers in their own communities. In the 2026-2027 academic school year, N4 training will also be in Hebrew, catering to a wider audience of educators and beyond.
