Since 2022, we have trained over 80 educators and engaged students through Story Exchanges, fostering compassion, improving learning environments, and nurturing socially
conscious youth leaders.
Our Work in Tanzania
Our work launched in September 2021, training 40 teachers across Dar es Salaam and Arusha (2022) in the Story Exchange methodology, equipping educators to foster empathy, improve classroom morale, and support students’ emotional and social development.
Since then, the initiative has expanded to more schools, engaging students in structured storytelling experiences that promote understanding, connection, and leadership. We continue to grow as a powerful tool for transforming education spaces and empowering students to become active, empathetic contributors within and beyond their classrooms
