Narrative 4 Ireland awards thirteen schools across Ireland with the Bronze Empathy Award.
Thirteen is a lucky number for Narrative 4 Ireland, as that signifies the number of schools who have achieved Bronze status for our Empathy School Award!
Nearly 100 schools signed up for the Empathy School Award, with 13 achieving Bronze status. Now these schools throughout Ireland are advancing towards the Silver award in 2024.
“We’d like to offer a huge congratulations to staff and students for the hard work they have put into developing their social and emotional skills,” said Oisin Cooke, Programme Assistant | Narrative 4 Ireland. “Thank you for nurturing an environment of kindness, care and compassion in your schools!”
We established the Bronze Empathy School award to recognize and reward post-primary schools that went above and beyond in delivering our curriculum: Facilitating Story Exchanges, training Story Exchange facilitators, and running programs, including the N4km Walk and Talk.
As we start 2024, Narrative 4 Ireland has trained at least one teacher across 38% of all schools!
