Introducing N4’s New Executive Director, Kandice Cole

Kandice Cole has been named as the Executive Director of Narrative 4 Global. In this new role, Kandice will strategically partner with N4 directors and employees worldwide to develop programs that support internal and external stakeholders to advance N4’s vision and mission.

“This is truly a full circle moment for me. I have believed in the power of Narrative 4’s work since its founding over a decade ago, and still feel that same inspiration now.  I am beyond excited to guide this amazing organization into the next part of its unique story as we dive deeper into empowering young people worldwide to create collective change ,” said Cole. 

Over the past eleven years, Kandice has worked in all major facets of Narrative 4, including operations, administration, and program development. Kandice brings 18 years of experience working with educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. After earning a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Teaching from the University of Chicago, she taught elementary students in Chicago and Sacramento. Kandice was introduced to Narrative 4 in 2013 and managed its early programmatic efforts. In 2018, she founded a consulting agency, focusing on curriculum and program development; workshop facilitation, and workplace wellness. In 2023, Kandice returned to the Narrative 4 team full-time as the Director of Employee Experience and Engagement before being promoted to Executive Director in March.

I appreciate the time, thought and energy she has dedicated to Narrative through the years, and I’m beyond excited to watch our global teams flourish under her leadership!”
