Exciting news to share from Santa Fe, New Mexico! N4 co-founder and president, author Colum McCann, headlined the Santa Fe International Literary Festival. After the festival’s opening reception, Colum gave the festival’s keynote address and sat down with Santa Fe-based writer Deborah Taffa, Director of the MFA in Creative Writing at IAIA (Institute of American Indian Arts). The two wowed the audience and got a standing ovation. They discussed Colum’s novel, Apeirogon, the power of storytelling and N4’s mission to build compassion through stories.
Colum and Narrative 4 also took part in the festival’s Young Writers and Readers Program, sponsoring an N4 Story Exchange at Santa Fe Community College (SFCC). Over 60 students and locals gathered to engage in a ground-breaking exchange. Participants also got a chance to meet members of the N4 team, including CEO, Lisa Consiglio; Southwest Regional Manager, Taelor Lewis; Southeast Regional Manager, Jahi Mackey; and Director of Employee Experience and Engagement, Kandice Cole.
“Every time I experience a story exchange I feel it in my soul,” said Lisa. “It was, as always, an incredible experience.”
