    • Today, students will be practicing or learning a new self management tool. This tool uses RAIN, which is an acronym for Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture. Below is a guided meditation script to follow with students. You may want to share with students that you will be guiding them through a brief mindfulness meditation.
  • Say: Settling your body right now, coming into a posture that allows you to feel both relaxed, alert, and enlivened. You are welcome to close your eyes or cast them downward, or if you would prefer to keep them open, this is fine too. [Pause].
