Lesson Plan

Today, students will be reflecting on common emotions they feel and thinking about what they do when they experience that emotion.

  • Say: Today we are going to be digging into some common emotions and taking time to recognize how we react when we feel those emotions.
  • First, give each student a small piece of paper or index card. Instruct students to write one emotion word on their index card. They can write any emotion that comes to mind.
