During this activity students will practice mindfulness through movement.

- Begin by having students stand with their feet hip width apart.
- Say: With your feet hip width apart, gently begin to shake and/or bounce at the knees.
- Say: Slowly, the shaking can begin moving up through the hips and the arms, bringing a small smile to the face. You may close your eyes or keep them open. Continue shaking and breathing. Bring a small smile to your face.
