The Educator Wellness Series is designed to support educators in cultivating personal and professional well-being through practical, research-based tools that foster growth, resilience, and connection in and beyond the classroom.
This workshop introduces educators to trauma-informed mindfulness practices that support safety, self-regulation, and resilience for both teachers and students. Through experiential tools like somatic holds, mindful movement, and collective breathing, participants will learn how to integrate healing-centered approaches into their classrooms.
